Why they were crying? "just a comparison"

The video file on the link below is very very touchy,
It has a comparison between two youth persons.
The first guy was crying because his parade soccer team loosed the game.

However, the next guy (May Allah bless us as him) was crying since he is about finishing certification exam of memorizing the whole quraan by heart (Mash Allah)
