What would, in an ideal Islamic state, be the treatment of adherents of beliefs (eg. atheism, agnosticism, etc.) and belief systems (eg. Hinduism, Shinto, etc.) other than Islam, Christianity and Judaism?

I guess they'll have the same treatment as in Saudia Arabia or a more Tolerate countries like bahrain , UAE or Jordan

I don't believe those faiths would be persecuted, if that is what you mean. They'd probably just be left alone to do their own thing.
