The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) stated that among the signs of the approaching Day of Judgment is that a person offers greetings to others only when he knows them.
(This is one of the small signs of the Day of Judgment)
Other Minor Signs :
The loss of religious knowledge
and the spread of ignorance.
Time seems to pass more quickly.
People compete to raise buildings (skyscrapers).
The rise of adultery and the loss of trustworthiness.

According to the Prophet Muhammad SAW,
the signs of the end of time are divided into two types,
namely small signs , which have been seen in large numbers
and big signs (kubra) which indicate that the end of this world is very near.
