Foodstuffs that could change your bad mood into good mood!

Cherry: nature aspirin with anthocyanin which could control our mood
Ocean fish: increasing antidepresant to relaxing our body (no wonder my cat love this so much!he he..)
Low fat milk: lots of calsium, could make us calm when the panic attack
Banana: satiated with vitamin B6 and trytophan which producing more blood serum in our body
Pumpkin: vitamin B6, supporting our brain to produce a good mood
Spinach: if you eat this, you could say "bye, bye stress!"
Grape: lots of vitamin C, stimulate our body to produce adrenaline & let go the "under pressure" mood
Chocolate: relaxing our body & mind

just had grapes and banana for breakfast. I am anyways in a good mood on fridays... I love fridays :SMILY288:!!! :SMILY252::SMILY252::SMILY252:

More info about chocolate

The good side of chocolate:
Chocolate could increase production of endorphine so it could make us feel relax,
Antioxide in dark chocolate could reduce high blood pressure and decrease aging process,
Theobromine in chocolate could prevent cough,
Same like aspirin, chocolate have the same effect to againts blood-suspended..

But watch out!
Fat in hot choco = 0.3gm but in 40gm chocolate, there're 8gm fat!
Caffeine in chocolate could make us addict if we eat it too much,
Another ingredients in chocolate like sugar, butter & milk also have a negative impact to our beautiful teeth..

I love that info because I'm chocolate lover since I was kid (especially...caramel chocolate!)
