I am not on twitter but I was recently looking for a certain Islamic quote and came upon this Islamic twitter page/person thing.

Sometimes they're Hadith, sometimes Qur'an and sometimes just quotes man have said that make Muslims think. Overall, I dont see anything kufr from it. It also seems to have quotes in different languages. And if you do not know the basics of twitter, sometimes "tweets" are connected to another person, a video or a picture.

To see if a tweet has a photo or something, look under it and see if it was a picture link.
IF you cannot do this, then dont worry just read the nice sayings
