Our time of death ?

I was wondering, If someone dies in a car accident , would that be the time that Allah SWT Willed for someone to die , or a person dies in an accident because it was a careless human error and that was not the time of death that Allah SWT has Written down for you ?

brother everything has been decreed by Allaah, so if someone dies in car accident, it means Allaah has written it in His Book.

Brother is right; Allah knows everything. Even we have free will to choice good or bad, only He knows our last moment. We also can wonder what Allah wants to tell to that person who possible drive over someone.

Brother we have the belief and it's a pillar of faith,whatever befalls us could not have missed us and whatever misses us could not have befallen us.
As brother Idris and sister harb said,time of death has been written in the book of lawh al mahfooz(preserved tablet).
