:astag: The zam zam water has never been diluted and inshaAllah never will be.
I dont know about other mosques but the Zam zam water in Kabah is 100% pure :ma:
About other mosques even if they do give zam zam water it is never diluted. I hope this answers ur questions

Zamzam well is in masjid-ul-hâram - D sacred mosque in Makkah .

One can't see its entrance anymore cos its been sealed from public view.

A purification and water system has been installed so pilgrims can drink it from d taps

it is also pumped for Wudu and toileting though this not for drink.

There is also a company that distributes it around d city and for incomin pilgrims
