no sister we cannot say they are made up.they are signs but our faith must not just rely on such signs

I don't understand Allah says in the Quran that there are signs out there of him. But yet we shouldnt rely on them? Doesnt that mean we are saying we should believe in Allah but not believe in Allah signs.
