What to say in Jalsah (between 2 Sujood)?

What do we have to say between 2 sujoods?

1) Rabbi ghfirli, Rabbi ghfirli
2) Allahumma ghfirli war hamnee
3) Something else??

Is it fardh to recite this?

Yes, you're right brother but I read that you can also recite Allahumma ghfirli war hamnee there.

I want to know what is right or even 'best' to recite?

Perhaps you should look into purchasing the book 'Fortress of a muslim'. It has all the supplications for the Salah proven from Prophet's Sunnah.
