AHHHHH!!! IM SOOO MAD!!!!!!!! :angryred::angryred::angryred: THIS LADY IS SOOO CRAZYYY!!!! SHE DOESNT BELIEVE A WORD I SAY ABOUT THE QURAN!!!! REMEMBER WHEN I ASKED FOR THE AYAT IN THE QURAN ABOUT NOT KILLING PEOPLE, WELLLLLLLL.....THIS IS WHAT SHE SAID IN REPLY,

"Those verses are in the early days of Muhammad, but later Muhammad says that you must convert the Jews and the Christians and all of the heathens for the sake of Isalm, but if they do not offer prayers to Allah and believe his meggenger then you must behead them. The reason he stareted hating the Jews and the Christains was because they did not believe that his message was from god. I told you before I know the Quran better than you, I know the terminology and the time span. I know that Muhammad was illiterate and whatever he put in the Quran was from the knowledge he had from listening to the Jews and Christians. I know that he twisted the Old and New Testaments to get himself noticed and making people believe that god was with him. He was probebly demon posest. I can see that you have been brainwashed to the core."

:salam2: dear sister,

Leave her alone. She does not deserve your time and effort. Do not put yourself in trouble for such an ignorant person. I suggested you sometime ago "Dawah by Example". I would still like to say to you that you should concentrate your studies, on increasing own own knowledge and practice at this point of time.

If you are really passionate about Dawah, then people in your house, neighbour, local community, and friends ...they deserve your attention. Try to be a "Role Model" for them and earn reward form Allah (SWT).

May Allah be with you.

Sister, try to be as clever as possible.
"Knowledge is power"...
When she says, that x, y or z is so and so, she should be able to prove it.
I can also say that x, y or z is so and so, but who will believe, if there aren't any evidences?

Also try to be patient.
I used "to believe" things, which were said by others.
But if you try to enlarge your knowledge and character, most of these things won't annoy you. (At least, a bit, but the more knowledge you have, the less you will get upset easily.)
I can understand you, when you get upset, but be patient, work and improve yourself.

I say it all the time..here on TTI and to my friends..I don't know why people are so eager to jump onto the DA'AWA EXCITEMENT-TRAIN! and preach Islam even to those who clearly do not want anything but verbalize their PREJUDICE AND HATRED!!!..it seems that even if a person asks us a question as general as *Are there Muslims in China?*..we go *OH YES..YOU KNOW IN THE QURA'AN ALLAH SAYS ABOUT JESUS......*..and we go OFF ON THE PERSON!..like we're in a retail store working on commission-pay...

We need to remember that Allah Guides whom He wills..and da'awa is not answering questions..it is actions and commitment to the deen...and it should start with ourselves..then our families and our fellow Muslims..THEN..extended to the non-Muslims around us...and the stories of people CONVERTING TO ISLAM due to the GOOD CHARACTER of a Muslim are plenty..so it should be A BIG HINT!

I really still do not comprehend how anyone BY WILL sits and takes insults about Islam from ANYBODY...if non-Muslims want to learn..then they have the sources..and if they want to ask questions..they can do so by all means..but THEY BEST ask with UTMOST respect..so we'd be able to offer that to them as well!

Ignore this lady ukhti...

Islam is not about *increasing numbers of followers or believers*...it is about *increasing adherents*..until we make sure "THE ALREADY-MUSLIMS" are adhering to their deen..we should think twice..if not thrice about going to the lost souls out there to DEBATE our deen with them! (yes..that's how I see it..it is DEBATING Islam that most people do with this type of people!)..if one is searching for the truth with sincerity..you will certainly never be provoked by their words..and you will have utmost ease speaking to them..and they will certainly *come to you* and ask you..not the other way around!

Improve knowledge in your own deen ukhti..focus on bettering yourself and bettering those you know..and earn the ajer of bettering your brothers and sisters in Islam...let Allah's will take its course :)

Verse in Question is from Surah Al-Maidah (5:32);

The Virtues of Surat Al-Ma'idah; When It was Revealed

At-Tirmidhi recorded that `Abdullah bin `Amr said, "The last Surahs to be revealed were Surat Al-Ma'idah and Surat Al-Fath (chapter 48).'' At-Tirmidhi commented, "This Hadith is Hasan, Gharib.''

As-salaamu `alaykum.

Sister, I agree with a_muslimah. You're young (as many of us here are) but take a lesson from what happened. We can't all be callers to Allaah, and even if we have the qualities of callers, not everyone responds the call. And we certainly can't give da`wah without firm knowledge and patience. It is so easy to get angry, as you have now witnessed. Yet the caller to Allaah will know when to show anger, and they should be in rare cases. Some of the scholars have said, that when we call people to the truth, if we get angry over them, we aren't doing it for Allaah's sake (truely)... Though this statement isn't revelation, it is certainly a point we should remember since it has truth in it.

As for the da`wah train, then I remember one day when a student of Shaykh `Uthaymeeen, who was a big scholar, rahimahullaah was around, and rarely do the scholars visit the west. I was asking brothers to come and attend the event, and they were like "oh but I'm going to this da`wah training course", yet these brothers and perhaps the one running the course was in need of knowledge from the scholars themselves! I recall the title of the 10 Chapter of Kitaab ul-`ilm in Saheeh Al-Bukhaaree, Knowledge precedes speech and action.

LOL I am sorry I cannot help laughing but I've gone through what you have before. It was a Christian friend who was spouting a lot of untruths about Prophet salallahu 'alayhi wasallam I could have AAAHHHHHH too hahaha... But I decided to leave it to rest and get back to him when I have collated very good points (though I have but the thread I made on it seems to be missing...hmmm... oh well).

Anyway sister just about everyone here is right. I personally feel dawah starts with our our akhlak first, then our families. We cant just go out and scour the disbelievers. What are we to do? Pull the hairs at the nape of their neck and say HEY LISTEN THIS IS THE TRUE PATH YOU HEAR ME? Loool. But is true that sometimes these disbelievers enjoy provoking (it's like their favourite pastime or something, I don't understand this really) and they enjoy picking faults with the Qur'an. There are some who even go house to house. Oh PUH-lease. They need to sit in a cell, read their bible (or shall I say bibleSSSS since there are so many versions) back to back and start to think, man. I mean, a christian friend of mine even said the bible is MORE WELL PRESERVED AS COMPARED TO THE QURAN as it has been edited by man. What logic is this? Utter nonsense seriously, I didn't see a need to reply him. Of course Allah has said in their heart is a disease:

Deaf, dumb, and blind, they will not return (to the path). (al-Baqarah 2:18)

In addition:

"And if ye are in doubt as to what We have revealed from time to time to Our servant, then produce a Surah like thereunto; and call your witnesses or helpers (if there are any) besides Allah, if your (doubts) are true." (al-Baqarah 2:23)

So, take the chill pill sister we are all on this with you in sha Allah. LOL... cant stop laughing from the repititive angry emote you put up. And calling someone a crazy person. LOL sis, you're funny. =D
