Okey here is a way for clarification and for remembrance. InshaAllah we all will be benefited by it. Especially brothers and sisters who are new to Ramadan.

I did not make this thread in word games section because I want it to be reached as many brothers and sisters as possible.

Okey the rule is here.

1) Answer the question which is asked before you, and
2) Ask a new question.

I will start first. We can start from simple ones and get difficult when time passes. :)

What is the position of Ramadan in the Pillars of Islam?

You need to answer the question asked by the poster ahead of you and ask a new question.

As a result, we all will be able to know many new things in Islam regarding Ramadan, and it will be a way for remembrance too. :)

Hope its very clear now. :)

Sister Stiks... What's fidya?

Sister Fidyah is the compensation that we have to pay, when we break the fast beyong a valid Shar'ee reason. (A reason that Sharee'ah accepts).

I'm gonna ask any way (i love fun quizes)!

QN. When is one required to pay the fidya?

When one break the fast without a valid Shar'ee reason.

Okey next: Whah is the MAJOR reason why Ramadan so important, blessed and special in Islam?

Asslam u Alaikum wr wb,

Some scholars say secret of Ramadan lies in laylatul Qadar....this is the night when Qur'an was revealed by Allah for the guidance of mankind. This is one of the odd nights in the last 10 nights of laylatul qadar.

Abu Hurairah reported that the prophet (pbuh) said:

"The blessed month has come to you. Allah has made fasting during it obligatory upon you. During it, the gates of Paradise are opened and the gates of Hellfire are locked, and the devils are chained. There is a night [during this month], which is better than a thousand months. Whoever is deprived of its good is really deprived [of something great].

Aisha radhiya Allahu `anha, that she said: “O Messenger of Allah! What if I knew which night Lailatul-Qadr was, then what should I say in it?” He said.- “Say.- (Allahumma innaka ‘affuwwun tuhibbul ‘afwa fa’fu ‘annee.)

“O Allah You are The One Who pardons greatly, and loves to pardon, so pardon me.”. [at-Tirmithi and Ibn Majah with a Sahih Isnad]

Allah is not only Al-Ghafoor but aslo Affuwwu (the one who not only forgives but alsi erase the sins SubhanAllah).
