Which type plant of miswak are used Prophet Musa Aliah Salam and Prophet Isa Aliah Salam for cleaning the teeth?

Don't know of any hadeeth which recommends any specific one. But I have heard from Imam & other brothers that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) used to use miswaak from Olive tree (Zaitoon) and Peelu tree.

Bhai, please do miswaak regularly - every time before each salaah and that'd be more beneficial for your Iman and health rather than wondering too much about which one to d use. I've seen that many people then end up using nothing.

Well, I only know the name of the plant used by Prophet Muhammad PBUH , and I think that would be enough for us as Muslims. Anyway, it's the Arak tree.

I just got a miswak (peelu I think) for the first time and have been using it the past 2 weeks, I think its pretty good. Do you guys use it with a paste? I just use it without the paste first thing in the morning, then I go over with my regular tooth bruth and colgate after wards for a second go over and for the tongue
