Brothers got attacked at city uni

Recently some gangs have been targeting Muslims outside the prayer room this past week, there are about 6 brothers who are very badly injured. Two were stabbed, ones been beaten so badly he's suffering from a memory loss, two brothers have bruised brains.
Everyone please make du'aa for them. I feel so sad when I hear incidences like this
Btw, the brothers that got attacked are ok now Alhamdulillah.

what's actually going to do if they attack Muslims?? it will not stop the growth of Islam no matter how much they try would it now?? I just wish people would at least take the time to think before they do silly things like that......<sigh>

i forgot to add, its also likely that these violent thugs who attacked those innocent muslims would have taken drugs or had alcohol before attacking them.

its disgusting, if people learned to accept islam like me they would feel alot better about themselves ^_^

It says "City University" but doesn't say what city...this is a terrible thing happening to our Ummah...here in the US in Stockton last week we had a janazah for a brother who was shot and killed on the same day a brother in Berkeley (which is well known as a hippy and pacifist city) had acid thrown in his face. Neither episode made the news

It is a very emotional and mind opening khutbah. Please keep making dua for the brothers and sisters. The brothers got severely injured on the head. The haters used bricks, poles, fireworks and knifes to fight the brothers. If any of you brothers want to really help the brothers in this university then please donate, as the this was the main goal they wanted to achieve even after having injured heads.

Ameen for the dua'. It is quite shocking that it took place in London but the thing is the area where the University is situated is an area of very few muslims (mostly the muslims who go to the university). I think it started of with some haters within university while the brothers were collecting money for Charity week. And then ended up with these thugs in the streets. The attackers are mostly white and some black guys. As the Vice Chancellor of the University says:

Last night (Thursday), at approximately 7.45pm some University students were victims of “racially aggravated assault” in St John Street, two sustained stab wounds described as “non-life threatening”.

Ameen. I was so shocked as well, the worst area for Muslims in the UK from what I know is Leeds. Manchester is dangerous as well, I think it was in 2006 a brother lost one eye. Bristol is another place where Muslims are hated as well where a Muslim girl got stabbed on the leg near a block of flats. I myself back around 3 years ago had rocks thrown at me and one hit me really hard on the chest. I went home and didn't tell anyone, just cried to Allaah. I was also once spat on the face by mixed race boy but I guess it's not as bad as being stabbed. May Allaah protect us, u know we should make wudhu before we leave our doorstep, that's what I do and I don't get attacked these days Alhamdulillah.
