Its doubtful what will happen in Tripoli many of the residents there still support Gaddafi. He still hasn't unleashed his Khamis bridage yet they are well equipped and can inflict heavy damage.
The future of NTC is also uncertain since the death of Abdul Fattah Yonus there are concerns of divisions and post Gaddafi conflicts.

Tripoli's destiny is to fall. As long as the rebels continue to isolate Tripoli, they will win the war. When looking at a situation like Tripoli you need to remember three things: isolation, intimidation and supplies.
The Regime is completely sealed off from the rest world. Also they are Isolated from own cities they control. That means they cannot communicate which creates chaos.
Intimidation has been kicked in since the UN/NATO intervention. The regime is constantly being targeted by NATO and they know they will always be as long as there in power. This creates panic.
The last factor is supplies. The other day they were trying to sell property they own in Europe. It is evident they are running out of supplies. They need to pay for gear and also pay for 'mercenaries'. The recent isolation in Tripoli has lead to some supply routes used by Ghaddafi being cut off by the rebels. This renders them to unable to fight as hard in the long run.
The rebels on the other hand have NATO on there side, millions of dollars in donations and militias/tribes willing to fight. The loss of Younes is not that hard of a blow compare to loses Ghaddafi's had. Its pretty clear Ghaddafi's government will fall. It's just when...
