Assalamu Alaikum:

Is their earnings Halal and how much of it they spend in the way of Allah (SWT) is more significant. Apparently all of the top ten wealthy are Non-Muslims,doesn't this lower the significance of their richness.

They stand no where to even a poor Muslim who is obedient of Allah (SWT) and earns (Halal) may be so little that the daily earning of theses riches are more than his life long earning.

Really excellent way of illustrating in a very tangible way the importance and reward of salah.

I don't know much about the others, but I appreciate the way Bill Gates came to the realization of the massive responsibility that he has to give something significant back to the world, due to how much he has been blessed to earn. He has especially concentrated on projects in Africa, helping people who are most in need. I wish more wealthy people would consider doing something similar.
