Alhamdulillah that you are ready to take your Shahaddah. I, like Muslimah05 above, took my Shahaddah at home...just me and Allah Subhana wa ta'ala. Don't worry to make an appointment of sorts, as the next second isn't promised. (That's for everyone, including me...not just with taking Shahaddah...but with all of our affairs, InshaAllah).
I am near tears, sister. May Allah Subhana wa ta'ala give you strength and courage. May you be guided along the Straight Path and all the way to Jannah InshaAllah. Ameen.

I, too, tend to suffer from extreme social anxiety...but I have prayed for peace and courage, and I seek refuge in Allah SWT....after praying this morning for Fajr, I am overcome with joy for the change that I feel is to come. I can already see myself all comfortable in masjid (as it should be, no doubt)! I make duaa for you sister! Mabruk!
