I'm not what you believe
:salam2:I hope you're in good health and Imaan.Me,I'm very good Mashallah!!
I am worried about the question of RIBA.My brother's in law wife told me that everything comes from an excess of money is Haram, and in particurarly she told that if somebody buys anything asking the bank an economical help,he's committing Riba, because he gets something with the INTERESTS.
I explain:we bought a home with the help of the bank, the bank payed the home and every month my husband has to pay to the bank a little part of the total amount with a surplus of interests.
Now,is it true that the home in which we are living today has been bought in an illegal way?my husband gains money to pay the home, but he could never have had the chance to buy it without another help, because is too much money.there is no islamic bank around us.Please is there any hadith that explais the real meaning of RIBA?I thought that everybody lends money and then claims to have the interests over them,is committing riba, but I never knew that even buying a car or a home,we are committing riba, because we give the interests to the bank.on the other hand I read that in some cases, muslims can make business with non muslims, and in this case,if for example my husband loses his work, the bank would help him blocking the exit of money that every month he has to pay, until he finds another job.I knew that the islamic bank has no interests, but if you don't finish to pay the home, they bring it back.so what it's right and what not? It's difficult to carry on with 4 children and only one job which allows us to live at home, with a car and everything we need.It is said that Allah gives His RAZAQ to whom He wants, but if you sleep ,He will help you to sleep and if you work,He will help you to grow up and emprove, and we had everything we asked,in a honest way.we didn't steal anything to anybody, but now I'm worried for the Hereafter:what will I say to justify our behaviour?
Can anybody of you show me a hadith, and a solution to this matter?:shymuslima1:
