So you had Transplantation and donation confused with each other?!

It happens with us all - no worries.
So if you can recive an organ ( within the guidelines) then surley you can donate them after you have passed away too?
Now this one IS an interesting and more sensible question compared to the one you asked above! Lol
I have just done bit of quick exploration and have found the answer given by an Islamic scholar. In short, the answer is yes - hurray!

And, of course, there are certain matters need to be taken in consideration, just like in any other Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) issues.
This excerpt from that scholar’s reply answers your question:
If you (the donor Muslim) wish to leave instructions to the effect that a certain organ or part of your body such as kidneys or liver or heart should be harvested for saving the lives of others, or to find the cause of a certain disease which may be instrumental in preventing further occurrence of the disease, you may do so without incurring any sin. Such an act will even be considered as a grand act of charity since there is no charity greater than the gift of life. It is worth remembering that Islam, being as it is primarily a religion of mercy, ennobles all charitable acts to every breathing soul or being.

And, by the way, happy learning about Islam!

Of course, you don't have to revert - knowledge of the highly potential major world religion is valuable to you in general.
