Watching that reminded me what a blessing it is to be OUT of Universities. So suffocating, very often confusing - hated it.

May Allaah deliver Muslims from Universities with their imaan and hearts preserved, Aameen!

I agree with you, words to words, but the difference, I have not been able to get out yet, insha Allah soon


I don't know how to explain, but whether it was in my country or in a non muslim country more or less it is the same, difference is in the exposing or doing it openly and of course the number of events

Nope I wasn't waiting for that, just saying. I know there are awesome scholars/speakers in the US, like Yusuf Estes, Bilal Phillips, Khalid Yasin, Suhaib Webb - funny how theyre all reverts too.

Haven't you ever heard of University Challenge? It's a competition that comes on BBC2.

Basically in this event, each shaykh is going to be representing each uni and they're going to be asked questions (relating to Islam obviously). The shaykh that answers the most questions wins for the uni he represents. Something like that.
