HELP ME FELLOW MUSLIMS

i have a strange problem and i am very ashamed to admit it but i have decided it is time i just asked for some advice from fellow muslims so they might also get sawaab from helping me, i am 20 years old and as a child learnt how to read namaz but as i grew older stopped it and i have forgotten everything, can some1 direct me somver where it teachs how to read each of the five namaz or maybe do a little sumamr for me as in what each consists of and what to read, i have even forgotten how to read the quran may allah forgive me but i still know my namaz off by heart

but if possible, pls take help frm ur local imam or some religious person. it'll be more easy for you to learn and practice.
