One thing i use for scars that isn't medicated is cocoa butter especially palmer's cocoa butter, it works really well with pimples, and other minor scars. The results aren't fast, usually it takes about 2-3 weeks but its all natural. Another solution would be Mederma try that and see if it works. Inshallah i wish you all the best!

Sister, have you tried steroid injections or steroid-impregnated tape etc. yet? If not, consult with your doctor. These work for some and not for others (depends on different types of skins, I think), but sometimes doctors won't be able to say anything beforehand.

Of all the options you have, please don't try to get them operated on! Don't have them surgically removed. More than 80% chances are that the scars would reappear and sometimes even bigger then before.

Unfortunately not a lot of research had been done on keloid scarring, but be patient and continue making dua to Allah SWT, Insha'Allah. We'll do so too, sister.

PS You won't be disfigured by these (minor (worldly)) scars, I hope. They can't be more disturbing than many serious diseases some Prophets had, peace be upon them all
