Why? I'm not so sure myself. I remember wanting to stay in bed but my mother forcing me to get out and move about. Maybe it's because I have a tendency to get sick and she didn't want me to become lazy lol. Unless it was very severe, my mother felt that rather than being bed-ridden we should move around, be active in something and keep ourselves occupied, for her that alleviated the misery of being sick more than staying in bed. I can't say she was wrong on all counts, so alhamdulillah!

let me tell you the brighter side when you are sick Allah is near you ...and eliminate you sins while resting on the bed m tooo suffering form seasonal allergy ...........from 5 day sticked to bed ....flowing eyes and nose lol
but my left shoulder is getting lighter so dear la ba'ss tahoran inshaAllah

yes,you are right dear sister.with that realisation i would usually start making dua and ask for the things i want mostbut then i felt mean and guilty and started praising Allah too.you know i just thought it was a golden ticket.i may not get another chance...

Sobhan'Allah that's kind of opposite of what usually happens here at my housewe don't stick to bed.and father treathens us saying he'll tie us to the bed lolzz.my mother would really get annoyed to see the bed empty and us inplace of some mischief

but this time,they had their peace of mind.even if i didn't wanted to i had no choice.my head was spinning=stay in bed.i really got tied of lying uselessly but Alhumdulillah it's finally over.......ONCE and FOR ALL INSHALLAH*sigh*(keeps on coming back you know)

Dear i sympathy with you .
Here my suggestion on this,it true what you've said above all the fact of nutritrious food to support you.
Pardon me ,
If you are planning to have baby and try but fail here what you do,
go visit a good gynecologist and ask the doctor if they can give you pill on supporting your womb!

The pill is safe to take even if you have conceive and to discontinue taking it if you find that your pregnancy is going steady and no treatening(blood leakeage).Talk to your gynecologist they will know.


Insya allah this will help.By then you can scans the progress of the fetus,the growing of limps and all,By 5 month you can know the genital of your fetus~Masha Allah .
it not costly .

2) I said I HAD....not having. After the death of my daughter in utero (in the womb) from a chromosomal disorder called Trisomy 18, I gave birth to my son a week early (planned) at 9lbs 2.2 oz. I had gestational diabetes so I had to give myself shots in the stomach 3 times a day and test my blood sugar levels in my fingers 4 times a day.

3) I drank Coke every day I was pregnant. I switched to decaff coke tho because CAFFEINE isn't good for the baby.

4) Do you know what the chemical make-up of the human stomach is? Allow me to tell you THEN you can tell me if Coke is really all that bad...
