Seriously, I'd say "If we are a cancer to the society then why are most Muslim countries especially in Arabia economically progressive and have lower crime rate?"

remember bros and sistas, such statements are used to provoke violent reactions from our side, so that they say look, told u they (muslims) are uncivilised, violent, etc. So lets use hikma and think outside the box and give useful, positive replies which neutralises such silly statments.

He's gr8 isnt he? i love him and his attitude and answers shut people up for good LOL. All his answers are logical and the way he explains stuff with example is like extra ordinary i kno i cant do that lol. May Allah bless him.

my answer should be
if someone finds any odd thing on his body,something out of the ordinary..........
as a concerd human,.ur reaction must be to go to 'check it out'ask a Dr, specialist whatever, have some tests, get informed find out what this odd thing is on ur body....
if however, ur silly and cant be bothered checking it out, u'll never know what the problem is, or why something 'different' suddenly appeared...
If u never 'check it out' u will always think of it as a cancer, but have no proffessional opinion to confirm ur assumoption, u will live ur life thinking its a cancer, whereas in reality it simply was something 'different' that appeared on ur body and would have simply been a temporray ailment till u checked it out, got the right cream and applied it everyday for the next few days...
U chose not to, and decided to think of it as a cancer, so whether it was a cancer or not is not the question anymore, the fact that u think of it as a cancer is enough for ur brain to mentally accept that its a cancer regardless of whether its true or not.
