My Lord, what are You going to do with me?
I came to You; so weak, unless You give me strength, so lonely, unless You support me, and so helpless, unless You take care of me.
My Lord, what are You going to do with me? All my hopes turn to be so far, unless You get them fulfilled for me .My only hope is in Your wide and great mercy, so I beg You not to deprive me.
My Lord, what are You going to do with me?
All the doors I knocked were shut in my face and I'm standing on Your door, knocking, weeping, pleading, so are You going to open for me?

Dear sister, I'm sorry for bringing tears to your eyes. I'm quite sure that His door is always open, but for whom, sister? I think for those who insist on knocking. You know that Allah likes it when we plead and insist on calling Him, when we keep knocking on His door, having great confidence that He will open for us, because He and only He is the most Generous.

Do you say that because it's in English or because the Christians use it to refer to Prophet Jesus (as)? Either way, there's nothing wrong with it. Read Surah An-Naas

Here, the lord of Mankind is refering to Allah. The word 'rab' is translated as 'Lord'. You'll find many other places in the Qur'an with the same usage of the word.

Seeing that it's under 'discussion' it seemed like a plea to Allah, some truth from the heart....
