Need Advice For My Story Please

Asalam alaikum everyone,

I'm writing a story about a Muslim girl, named Haneen. :shymuslima1: Some of you may have heard of her a while ago, but I'm not here tp argue, I just want some help please. Well, so far, I've been working on developing the characters' personalities and and the setting and the theme. Sighs, I'm having trouble putting together the plot and everything inshallah.
I hope I didn't confuse anyone. Any good advice would be greatly appreciated inshallah. Thanks.

Right! I knew that! Okay then. Here's some info about the main characters:

1. HANEEN

Name: Haneen Ma'sud (previously Ella)

Gender: Female

Age: 16

Personality: Haneen is very amusing and cheerful. Sweet-tempered and clumsy lol. Yet, she can be a little naïve and impractical. Bubbly personality, fun-loving and lighthearted. Needs the approval of her friends.

Origin: Born in the United States.

Religion: Islam

Biography: Haneen (previously Ella) was born on September 27th 1995 to a Lutheran Chistian family in South Carolina. reverted to Islam at the age of 14 and later changed her name from Ella (which means "beautiful fairy" Eng.) to Haneen (which means "yearning, longing" Arabic.) Ma'sud (which means "happy, fortunate" Arabic.).

2. MARAM (Haneen's best friend)

Name: Maram Nasim

Gender: Female

Age: 16

Personality: Maram, on the other hand, is more realistic and self-reliant than Haneen. Social independence. Friendly and loyal and sweet.

Origin: Born in Pakistan, now living in the United States

Religion: Islam

Biography: Maram Nasim was born in Karachi, Pakistan (June 22nd 1995)

3. ASADEL

Name:

Gender: Male

Age: 18

Personality:

4. SAWDA (Maram's little sister )

Name: Sawda Nasim

Gender: Female

Personality: Sawda is sweet, a bit mischeivous lol

Origin: Pakistani, born in the United States

interesting..well first of all you need to think about what you want the story to be. For e.g what is its genre: gothic, romantic, love, friendship etc.

What is your story line?

What message you want to tell the readers?

LOL i can' think for more, but InshAllah i'll keep posting.

I like writing stories too, but i have'nt written one for so long. Maybe i'll start soon InshAllah :muslim_child:

Well, so far, all I have is Haneen is a revert Muslimah and wants to learn more about her Deen but is afraid of her non-Muslim friends finding out about her secret but Maram becomes her best friend... :shymuslima1:

Awww hehe I was trying to write about Haneen's journey to Islam inshallah

Haneen read some books about Islam after she met Maram whent hey were both 14 mashaAllah. Haneen just moved to town about two weeks prior to meeting Maram, and the girls met at the mall spent the next afternoon at the local street market, chatting.

Awww I have no creative ideas really, I was never good at Creative Writing I read many books centered around Muslims, but I could never write one

Then... at least tell me how your family reacted to your conversion? Maybe Haneen's situation can be similiar or something inshallah.

I really want to get the story complete before the end of the year inshallah so it can be ready when I graduate from college and get into animation... then I can get things started inshallah.
