Noah's flood account is a very interesting read.I will not delve into the reasons behind the flood.Nevertheless it points to something about the power of God here on earth.
The power of God on earth is not infinite and is function or is dependent upon man's thinking and action.
As long as man will agree to what God tells him.God retains His power.
The day mankind fails to agree with God completely ,God will loose dominion and the unexpected will happen.God will become something else.
Therefore,God will never allow that to happen.
This is why the flood came. There was danger that the number of people agreeing with God could decrease.
Two questions arise:-
1.How can God be Omnipotent and Omnicient at the same time.
2.Does God rule mankind or does He motivate/advise.
