brothers and sisters, this election is not about his skin colour, it's more about "how will you as a president sort out the criscise in Iraq and the cricise of the so called war on terrorism"???, when Obama was asked this question by one of the audience, he came up with a ridiculous answer such as " we will spy on any Muslim person that we find suspicious", however, a soo called Afro American imam was on his side and that imam is a person that the afro americans view as the next Malcolm X :astag:, anyways this imam said to the muslims of america to vote for obama so that he can sort out the cricise in Africa especially Darfur, one muslim man stood up and asked that soo called imam "What about Somalia"? then he the afro imam said "we don't care about them"...i'm previously in america and it's shocking how muslims are leaving obamas party their all voting for the republicans now because they have no choice. For the Afro Americans "it's all about their race and skin colour", because thats what they believe, but for the rest of the americans it's all about common sense.

According to polls, the Iraq war is 4th most important to the American people when selecting their presidential candidate.

  1. Economy
  2. Health Care
  3. Immigration
  4. Iraq War
  5. Energy
Of course, polls only mean so much, since depending on who and where you conduct the poll can change the results.

In my opinion, I think the people who are most concerned with the Iraq war are the families of the soldiers. The rest of the people are not as concerned as it does not affect them personally. The economy, health care, immigration - these things affect all americans and that is probably why they come out on top. I am in no way minimizing the Iraq war, especially living in Kuwait when I am so close to it, but just trying to see it from the eyes of people who live half-a world away.

Obama has said "I would go into Pakistan" if ron paul doesn't get the republican nomination vote libertarian. I am going to get you know what on for saying this. I hear talk obama instead of mccain. This is about the equivalent of voting communist or fascist. I choose neither. Are you going to vote for the electric chair or lethal injection. One of those two are going to win. I can't speak for everyone here but I vote for escape. Most people's reply would be well at 10 percent it is not going to win, so why vote for it. Of course it is not going to win if you don't vote for it.

Voting for someone who is not going to capture any delegate votes, as proven in the primaries, is not going to accomplish anything but work in the favors of the other candidates by pulling a few votes away from the other. I don't want that favor to be for McCain. Ron Paul has sound and great ideals but he in reality he will be no more than a Ross Perot was in the 90's. I WISH he had a chance, but he doesn't.....even if he gets alot of voter support, he won't have the delegates and in the end, doesn't that determine the winner?

once again doing the same thing other over and over again i.e. vote democrat or republican and expect change is insanity. So why not do your part to do something different.

Barack Obama: 'I'm not a Muslim, I'm against Hamas and Arabs, and I'll protect Jews'

Barack Obama, democrat senator from Illinois, the candidate for the presidency of the United States, on Monday gave a telephonic interview to journalists of "Haaretz" newspaper, as well as to a number of correspondents of Zionist newspapers of America.

During the conversation, Obama said that there is a "constant virulent campaign" being waged against him, in which he is "accused" in secret commitment to Islam and disloyalty to "Israel".

The presidential hopeful said he would ordinarily ignore such comments, but he fears that they have been "getting some traction" and are being tuned into by public ears. Thus he said, he has asked the Jewish newspapers and Haaretz to use their "megaphone" so people can hear "from the horse's mouth" that all such accusations against him are unfounded.

Obama believes in Israel "as a Jewish state." He does not accept that a right of return for Palestinians can be interpreted "in any literal way." The senator also said that he opposes talks with Hamas as long as the "Islamist organization" refuses to recognize Israel. Moreover, he assured reporters that in the event of victory in the presidential election he will be "a guarantor of the security of Israel".

At the same time, Obama believes that the issue of Jerusalem should be decided in negotiations with the Palestinians and the Iranian with Tehran.

In May this year, Barack Obama said in an exclusive interview with "Haaretz" that the current level of world pressure on Tehran is "insufficient".

"Iran remains the main threat to the United States and allies", the newspaper quoted the words of senator.

During this interview Obama reiterated that Washington, in his view, should compel Iran to accept negotiations, but it should be a "low-level talks". And they must continue until there is "the first signs of progress" - such as voluntary decision of Tehran to freeze uranium enrichment.
Please, the guy is trying soooo hard, give the kafir a break huh? lets not ruin his efforts now, he is certainly not Muslim.

I'd only want Obama to win because he's a less tyrant leader than Clinton And especially Macain.

And someone told me that he said that he would close down Guantanamo Bay.

Maybe he's just saying all that dumb stuff about "protecting Isreal", rooting out "Terrorists" just to make stupid Fanatic people to shut the hell up; and we should make dua that Alla hguides him instead of saying bad stuff about him.

If you look at the candidate's positions of CLINTON, OBAMA, McCAIN & PAUL.... there are limited choices:

CLINTON- too much baggage, a career politician, riding on her husband's achievements.....

OBAMA- a fresh start, willing to talk to leaders of Muslim countries (Bush & the others won't); he hasn't been hanging around DC as long as Clinton.... a good thing; his MUSLIM influence at an early age.... another good thing.... He makes sense....

McCAIN- he's BUSH II.... only a different guy. This guy is a nightmare for Muslims. He is still flighting the Vietnam war. He is NARROW MINDED and had a HUGE EGO. WRONG CHOICE.

PAUL- Good guy, anti-war stance.... but not enough influence to win.

So, in the end- the only real choice is OBAMA.

:salam2:

question:
are we muslims so dumb, or stupid that we need the western countries( US, Uk) to lead us? or show us the way?
why can we not do things in our own way following islamic principles and unite our ummah, we are bickering on American politics and forgeting that we could get back on our feet and help one onther.

Ron Paul is a great guy yes but does he have the support?
could he garner enough support to get to the white house?
we have to be realistic here.

The only way to help oneself is to be independent on our ownselves and not be dependant on other goverment's rules or any other thing.

one last thing, Obama was born a muslim, all of his family (meaning partenal) are all muslims.
but being raised as a christian he grew up to be one. so close the chapter about his religion.

Talking about who might be the best choice in a political race does not infer dependence on the winning candidate.

The ONLY dependence we have is to ALLAH....... no person, country, or political situation. The ummah is not dependent on the West, or any country in particular. Worldy events / situations can never replace the importance of our connection to the divine.

Asalaamu aleikum,

At this point in the race, I think we can all recognize that the next president of the US will either be McCain, Clinton, or Obama. I would advise my brothers and sisters, if you truly think that these three candidates are equally the same, I definitely agree that it is a better idea to just vote for Ron Paul and not place a vote for any candidate at all come November.

However, if you consider these three candidates and do think one of them has an advantage over the others, I would suggest placing a vote for that candidate. For myself, I would MUCH rather see Obama as the next president. At least he has been adamantly and publicly against the war in Iraq from day one, and has not wavered in his position regarding the war in Iraq at all.

Salam all,

I could not agree with you more. We all seem to be in this fantasy that Obama or Ron Paul will put things to right. I have posted links twice about Ron Paul supporting Israel and talking against Middle East.

Until we stand up and educate ourselves, we will suffer this fate of ours.

I don't see how you can equate RP and Obama. They are two realllly different candidates. Even on the war. Also, why are we only talking about one issue here? There are social issues and economic issues that have not been addressed. Obama is to the left and Paul is to the right. It is commonly known that socialism is the left extreme. I am wary of Obama or Clinton coming into the white house for mainly economic reasons. We are all commanded to give to charity. The decision to do so is of our own free will given to us by God. Why should the government take it upon themselves to redistribute our wealth? Shouldn't we as citizens have that choice? Paul is the only one that wants to eliminate the federal income tax system...Obama wants to increase it. On social issues Paul pretty much leaves it up to the states and has a "hands off" policy toward issues such as gay marriage and abortion. So don't just look at one issue. Look at what is best for the country that, if you are a citizen, you swore allegience to. Paul is a strict constitutionalist and follows the Constitution as if it were a sacred text that gives the guidelines on how to govern. In many ways it is like the Quran in that the Quran tells you how to live and please God and the Constitution tells you how to govern and please the people (who are like God in that the hold all the power politically). I think I'm alright to say that Paul has no chance. I am not really sure ho I support because while McCain is the least liberal of the candidates, he is not Conservative enough for my tastes. I have even thought about supporting the Democratic nominee so that when the country gets screwed up, at least it will be blamed on them. And as you may recall, it took a Carter (liberal president who screwed up the US) to get a Reagan (Conservative who is thought of as our best president by many).

Obama .Well he is a Mad man.he wants to bring the world Closer to a
NUCLEAR WAR.
DESTRUCTION.

By attacking Pakistan.
Only thing that Obama has put in his TO DO LIST is

1) Invade Pakistan.

http://www.presstv.ir/detail.aspx?id=42657&sectionid=3510203

while on the other hands he thinks Iran is not that much greater enemy

*He is willing to talk with them

Obama's views about invading Pakistani even prompted Bush to condemn him as such a move could even BACK FIRE

http://www.presstv.ir/detail.aspx?id=42657&sectionid=3510203

Pakistani pres has already said that any attack would be considered an enemy action and shall be answered with full force and all capabilities.

ALL CAPABILITIES .You know what that means

1)Choking of Persian Gulf by Pakistan navy.bringing 80% oil to halt.
2)Nuclear cruise missile striking US bases in Afghanistan.
30Bringing 160 million people in Pakistan.more than 1 billion in INDIA and million s Isrealis under threat.
4)A volcano eruption in Muslim world.In AFGHANISTAN,CENT ASIA,SOUTH ASIA,MIDDLE EAST.

This thing is coming out of George Bush's dirty %## mouth. He's the same backside kisser who said that Eraq had "Weapons of Mass Destruction". Just go see brother Mr Islam Answers Back On Youtube.

That gorilla-like Bush just wants people, especially MUSLIMS to think that Obama isn't good because Obama was a former Muslim, because he isn't white or a KKK or JTF (I don't mean to say anything bad about anyone who is really white/light skin), or beause he wants people to vote for his monkey in law, John Mcain.
