plucking of hair

is plucking of hair from fase haram....specially eyebrows......but why???

some days before i heard a maulana on Qt.v saying tht if a grl's eyebrows very thick den she can pluck it..is it true...???

Its not permissible but if you eyebraw is very hairy there is exception.

i have been plucking my eyebrows fr 6 months now den i came 2 know tht it is haram...so i did not pluck it fr a month....but my eyebrows did not grow back uniformly..some places da hair growed some other place der were no hair n it was soo un unniform tht i had 2 pluck it..
now what can i do???

i pluck my eyebrows from many years now but i don't make any shape i just put off the extra hair that make me look "man" if i don't cut them and people don't know that i pluck them , because of the absence of shape

I don't know about this one. I think it's haram but im not sure. I know some men who wax their eye brows because it's too hairy, but i think only women are allowed to do it like wearing gold/jewlery.
