Question to former Christians or Christians

I am trying to find out any details on what the core belief of the Christian sect called "Adventist"; not seven day adventist but "Adventist." I am specifically interested in finding out about their view with regards to divinity of Jesus (pbu). Do they consider him divine or god or what exactly??. Astagfir Allah Al Ali Al Azeem.

The reason I'm asking is because I am having a dialog with an adventist and I need some details.

Question may arise. Why don't I ask the person I'm having a dialog with. The answer is that I am not too confident this person really knows what his own sect really believes. Hence; I am turning to those who know so I can be on better grounds for dialog.

Very true brother. It may be the case. Recently I had a dialog with a methodist, the lady was not sure many things about her own sect.

Hmmmm.. It seems like adventist church and seventh day adventist have descended from the same source; which is baptist in origin. The person I'm dialoging with didn't know anything about the 7th day adventists.
