SubhanaAllah! I heard my mother in law saying something like that but I didn't pay attention to it, cause she normally comes with things that are kind of superstition. Now I feel bad! I think I have to start listening to her more carefully and actually find out her sources. What she said is that when maghrib comes, I should lift my baby from the floor and hold him for a while because there are bad jinns coming out from underneath.

How beautiful is to learn something new everyday!
May Allah guide us all.

Allah is sufficient.
There are somethings old people say and we take it for granted because we believe it has no basis or whatever. may Allah protect us from all evil.
