Reminder: Tie up the camel and tawakal

Assalamou Alikom Wrahmatou Allah,
Dear brothers and sisters,
Sometimes there is a tendency to consider only Al Tawakal, which means that some people rely only on dua and their strong faith on Allah and leave doing work. This is not Islamic.
Here is the proof:
There is a hadith where the prophet (pbuh) was asked by somebody if he should tie up his camel, or just do attawakol and leave the camel untied.
The answer was: "Akilha wa tawakal." The guy had to do BOTH. It just seems logical that you should have a good niya and DO the work too.
