should we celebrate eid?

i was jz wondering(i wonder alot u mite have noticed) should we celebrate eid when our muslim brotthers and sisters are suffering all over the world??......i mean need a credible and authentic answer here but isnt it wrong and selfish to celebrate eid while our muslim brothers and sisters are suffering?.....

the sufereing of human will never end and do u think Allah didnt know that human will suffer?but He has never mentioen anything that u should not celebrate Eid fitr when ur brothers and sisters are suffering.we can remember them in our dua and try to help them if it is possible.go and visit them or bring food for them and so on.

as someone mentioned, its true we should celebrate eid althogh people are suffering out there, as that will continue forever.allah tells us to celebrate eid and also our prophet (pbuh) also told us to celebrate it.and yes we should remember them in our dua and also we can help them by giveing eid gifts and food etc for them for eid so they can have a nice time aswell.

assalamualaikum,,bro nd sis at TTI. its true nd i too have ths question in my mind tht is it right for us to celerbate eid when globally many of our muslim bro nd sis ar havin rough times nd hardships and poverty !comin to poverty,, i have been seeing ths all around me,,specially durin teh holy month of ramadan.. i see so many old people nd also orphans struggling for a day meal! thy dont get enough food to meet their hiunger during iftaar neither suhoor! thy r compelled to beg atlast!when i watch them lay down on streets as many r homeless nd thtts their only plce to live! kids from 4 years r taught hw to beg just to get food to eat! though i try to help them as much i can within my ability! but ths nt enough i guess! i feel really ashamed to look upon myslef that allah (swt) has gifted me such a wonderful life, but i question myself tht do i try to live upto his expectations??,had he not if wished given me fate lik ths if he w anted?/but he dint! so i feel more grateful than eevr to allah(swt) whn i see these people nd thanks allah(swt) .. i pray that we muslim people all around teh world stay united in terms of hardship nd disaster nd conquer all obstacles by implimentation of the sunnah nd the teachings of holy quran,,then im sure we shall alll muslims in ths universe can very soon nd easily expect to have a better eid al together inshallah!

everyday our muslim brothers and sisters suffer, everytime they cry, and we laugh...
dont you think this selfish?...
see bro! we have to love them in heart , pray for them in our heart....
there is no where written that celebrating eid in this condition is haram....
just dont forget to pray for them...

Every person will feel the pain of suffering that could have been a sin or even a warning to us. If we do not carry eid then we have missed one of the largest syiar Islam, and moreover rasulullah told us to celebrate eid. for our brothers and sisiters who feel the pain we can help with prayer or by giving gifts, giving of food etc.
