My brothers and sisters, us Irish have faced the same problems for the last 30 years in Britain as Islam is facing now, but I will be here for you!

My Brothers and sisters, I'm sure you all live in America and life is great there!!

For those of us who are living in Britain, I apologise!!!

I'm Irish Catholic, but at the same time, I have lived a life in jail because of who I am.....I will stand up for my Muslim brothers and sisters as the same thing is going to happen to you.

Salam and thank you for your kind message. Oppression and persecution against anyone is a terrible thing which we must strive to stand up to wherever we find it in the world. And as you note, I can see that the discrimination towards Muslims in "the West" will only get worse in time. Your openmindedness, respect for Islam and support is appreciated!

Assalamu alaikum dear brother!

Alhamdulellah, all praises are due to Allah, the creator and sustainer of the universe.

All matters will return to him on the day of judgement which is surely getting nearer and HE will be the judge.

Oppressor is always right and has all the labels to stamp on the forehead of those who want freedom and justice.

We muslims love all oppressed people and victims of brutality because we stand for freedom and jusitce and surrender to only ONE SUPREME POWER.

And because of this, we have never been a favourite folk to those whose superiority and unlawful occupation is in threat.

In our day and age, this injustice is done not only in the field of war, but also by means of books and other media, intimidation, fear of imprisonment and the worst kind of treatment human race has ever seen.

As a matter of fact, I met another Irish who was not muslim, but told me exactly the same thing. That he feels for what muslims are going through today as they have experienced similar oppression and hatred before.

Funny, my mother would never call the IRA a bunch of terrorists but she doesn't mind calling various others terrorists. There issues are the same. I am Irish-American and was not aware of the extent of oppression in Ireland. It is easier just to see Irish as happy drunkards.......who know how to have a good time and never take anything to seriously. That is what the MEDIA portrays to us anyway.

Everything happens for a reason brother. Like the segregation happened and then people people became Muslim.

Inshallah this will be a revelation to people into becoming Muslim. This is also the reason why there aere Japanese people that are close Muslims in America because they know how hard it was facing prosecution since WW 2.
