it's true that we cannot take for granted that one who born muslim will die as a muslim. we are though to recite the kaleemah shahadah at least 17x everyday during our daily prayer but there's something worrying me lately. when i read the newpaper mashaAllah a muslim father killed his two children & hanged himself. another case in tv news, a muslim policeman stole several kilogram of drugs from his hq, killed himself with his revolver when being cornered, na'udzubillah min dzaleek, i cant imagine how their family received this fact (happened in neighbouring cntry). also we cannot say that non muslim will end up their live as kafr as we never knew the future, wallahu alam.
May Allah help us in any situation always, ameen - i realised that i have to pray hard because i'm worried about my future generation too.
my late father used to advice us if we pay a visit to sick ppl & if his/he seriously ill just mention "Allah, Allah" as much in their ears and ask them to follow. to recite shahadah to ill ppl let say "Ash hadu Allah ilaha Ilallah, wa ash adhu anna Muhammad al rasulAllah" as we know the meaning "we bear witness there's no god accept Allah, and Muhammad is the messanger of Allah" its alright - but in case if the ill person got only mention half of it let say "i bear witness there's no god" suddenly he/she died, how if this is the case? na'udzubillah.
May Allah strainghten our imaan & guide us to the right path in Islam, Ameen.

My answer: We will be truly Muslims, only and ONLY when we start abiding by the law of Allah and following his commands. when we start putting our worldly desires aside and take responsibility, when we start uniting and become AN UMMAH. then we can call ourselves TRUE MUSLIMS, NOT THE WAY WE ARE TODAY.. asalamu alaykum wrwb.
