Which Hadeeths??????

A student of knowledge said to us at one lecture that for hadith studies, we should not jump into bukhari sharif, simply because were not at its level yet, were learning at an early stage, thus he suggested we start off with simple collections of hadith such as imaam nawi 40 hadith collection. Hadiths aren't broken down to the ones which are most important folloowed by those which are least, its rather the level of authenicity instead of its importance.

I would also suggest reading through books such as Arba`een Lin-Nawawi (An-Nawawi's 40 hadeeth). It can be purchased from most Islamic bookshops, and their is a pocket-sized version published by Darussalam. Shouldn't cost more than a coupe of dollars or pounds. I believe Tarbiyyah publications also stock the book, complete with an explanation by Shaykh `Uthaymeen. Alternatively, there are many sites online that have the book available;
