When you arrive here you feel like you have gone back in time. i just love it.
99% women wear nigab, you only see a sea of black, and for someone not used to those sights will get a big shock!

I bet that is home for you brother kathiri.
Overall Yemen is really diverse, people from nothern Yemen are different from those in southern Yemen (hathramut) and we have those from mahra, who have their own language, it is quite interesting also if you take into account the emirs of Kuwait and UAE(Emarat) are decendants of Yemen infact from Sabaa, where queen Bilqis(queen of sheba) ruled.

Really beautiful country with a very old history and the first skyscrappers in the world.:ma:
