    Regarding your last msg: I guess you may be right? Also does the partner that I have been made for is originally from our ummah, or can marriage be allowed with different races and religions? I always thought my dreams/aspirations are wierd :/

    No, Alhumdullila, I came to my senses. I am still single. I am taking care of my mother and waiting for my sons to graduate from high school. I told my younger son the minute he is handed his diploma I am going to start my car and drive to the Rockies.

    Assalaamu Aleikum Appa,I hope you are doing allright.I just wanted to say that am sorry for not engaging deeper into the discussion on Muslim women who are left with children.I am aware that it is a serious subject I began writing a long response but I ended up leaving it unfinished on WordPad in my notes.I highlighted more of a lighter nuance to the subject for that am sorry for my lack of tact and sensitivity.My head is all over the place these days That I kind of try to avoid discussion that require engaged and thoughtful argumentations.You know I will be back on track once everything is sorted out in the chaos of emotions my head is drowning in at the moment ,I will love bigger above my little world again ,Inshallah.Thanks for your attention.Be well in the care of Allah swt
