Access to send a Q to IslamQA

Brothers and sisters, For the past 10 days I've been trying to send a question to Islam QA. Although I'm targetting the special times they have indicated, I can't seem to access the page where you post a question.

That's as far as I'm getting to sending a Q

Anyone familiar with this process to tell me if there is a special trick or I'm not knowing how to?

I did once post a question in their mentioned time. It seemed to work.
