In preparation for the holy season of Ramadan: Equipping the live broadcast and translation headquarters with an advanced fire-extinguishing system and an uninterruptible power system (UPS)
The General President Sheikh Abdur Rahman Al Sudais: “I’tikaf in the Two Holy Mosques will take place in the last ten days of the blessed month of Ramadan, following the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.”
The Minister of Hajj and Umrah continues to meet Head of Umrah ,Hajj Operations of several countries where views were exchanged on improving services of the Guests of Rahman. His Excellency will continue meetings with more delegations from various countries until 23rd March.

'Vaccination Requirements Scrapped for entry into Saudi Arabia'
RIYADH: The Ministry of Health on Monday lifted restrictions for travelers arriving in the Kingdom which included the requirement to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
Other Restrictions which were lifted included PCR tests, and Quarantine upon arrival. The Ministry also lifted ‘all restrictions related to the Corona virus for arrivals into the Kingdom’.
Earlier the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah scrapped the Vaccination mandate in order to enter the Two Holy Mosques or obtain an Umrah Permit
