:SMILY209:and I finally let my family know about my convertion!.... maybe you read my last post, asking ifi should tell my parents when i went home for easter. well, i went to church with them, and my sister saw how uncomfortable i was there, she knew something was wrong. so that afternoon before i came back to my school'c campus i told my sister that i became muslim. she smiled at me and hugged me and said, why are you so worried?! you'll always be my crazy sister!.... but i did not tell my parents. i was running out of time so i sat and wrote them a letter. i left it with my sister and later she showed them. they have not called, and have not said anything bad to my sister. i asked her to fill me in if they were crushed or how they would act. she did say that they were shocked but said nothing... i'm just so relieved that they know. i just couldn't wait any longer :D

everyone have a great day filled with blessings of allah :)

assalamu alaikum, sister. finally you did, i know it's one of the most difficult work what most of our convert brothers and sisters suffer. my wife was in the same situation one day but Allah helped her to overcome that. now everything is ok. that means my parents in laws are not unhappy about her revertion. we pray may allah make everything easy for you and grant you mental strength and peace. May Allah allmighty bless you sister. onething sister, don't forget to pray for your parents too, may Allah grant them hiayah. ameen

I am so glad that you've crossed that bridge safely.. I can only imagine how hard it is to tell your parents. I admire your courage and standing for the truth no matter what the consequences are. May Allah keep you on His right path and not let your heart go astray after He has lead you to the true path. Ameen. I pray that your sister will follow your footsteps one day soon. Ameen.. :D

assalam alaikum warahmathullah wabarakaath sis.
masha allah masha ALLAH. masha ALLAH. what a good news. ALHAMDHULILLAH.alhamdhulillah he made is easy for you.
Sis, from your post it seems like your sister is very open minded,so please make du'a for her and try your best to take her into islam with you, masha ALLAH you have a chance to increase the number of islam and how great will it be if someone accept islam because of you. I so wish myself that, ALLAh swt makes it possible for me also that I may help one person to accept islam.
may allah swt makes everything easy for you and keep you steadfast even if the worst happens.ameen
wassalam alaikum warahmathullah wabarakaath.

Yeah i remember you asking for help with duas. Subhanallah!!!!! ALLAH SWT has helped you in this task. I think you should convey Shukr ( Thanks) to the Lord of all that exists as he eased you in this endeavor.

I'm really happy that your family did not react in a negative manner like we always hear with reverts.

May ALLAH SWT bless you always and ease all your hardships and make it easy for you to follow HIS deen. Ameen.
