I think there is some truth to what he's saying if he said that. I wouldn't say the entire other half are all black, but I think most are black, or atleast more than whites...Allahu A'lam. And Islam is not a religion for a specific color, race, or nation...it's for all of us, black, brown, white, or yellow! Alhamdulilah :ma:

I see that colors are being stated around...and thought I'd say that Allah looks upon the *color* of your heart..if it is filled with the color of *faith*..*fear*..and *love for and to Allah*...then *that's* the "color" you should *claim yourself into* (and certainly *worry* about as well!)..any other color..is just variation in the pigmentation of your skin due to a compound called Melanin..and surely we're more *important* and more *valuable* than a *pigmentation compound*..so let's not use it as an identification...
On the day of judgment not one of us will even stop for a *second* to think about what "color" he or she is..and even if one of us managed to take that second to think of it..he or she won't have a thing over the next person standing in line..waiting to be judged!
Let us leave *the color-ification system* embedded in our minds due to cultural preferences and stigmas!..we already have a *national-ization system*..and a *tribal-ization system*..and even a *wealth-ization system* and *career-ization system*...we're a people suffering from *over-systematizing!*..let's just take a *permanent* break and be *Muslims*..and if we feel we *must* add a word after that one..then we should add *alhamdulillah* as to reckon Allah's blessing upon us..nothing more..nothing less..

siraj wahaj is amazing, his lectures are so powerful.. did he actually say the above? that suprises me because there are many white converts/reverts to Islam in america who are caucasian- e.g imam suhaib webb of california and humza yusuf- what happened to them? they used to come to the UK all the time

In Islam we don't care about the colours while we all are Moslims , the best one of us is the best one in Takwa ( As what the prophet Mohammad PBUH said )
