I really don't understand why a piece of cloth gets people so worked up that they have to ban it and want to toss people in jail for it. Makes zero sense to me.

I totally agree with you with a loud voise....same as when you r having your hair long/having your mustache long...its not a problem....but when you r keeping your beard(as sunnah style....(anyother style like...french cut,zic zac...what ever/....garbages... ))....why it is a big problem ?

Its nothing but the Satan's handywork......satan is doing these via the disbeleivers...

This seems like the only logical conclusion they could come to. The hijab is banned in government buildings and universities, right? Neither women technically hold an official position or job in the government - they are just married to people who do, so therefore it isn't really illegal for them to wear it.
