Stop behaving like a kid brother02, no one here would like to point out fingers at one another and if it happens, there must be some reason, so relax and get back to the point, we all are concerned about Syria, pasting youtube links wont help but rather action

But if you got a feeling that we are all a SINGLE UMMAH, and if you know that you should choose the same thing for your brothers that you choose for urself than this is the place. A PLACE FOR PEACE so TURN TO ISLAM :SMILY206: :shake:

    Asslaam walaikum,

There is no argument. The fact of the matter is that the Syrians, although they are Muslims, do not want to replace the craziness with Islam. They are fighting for democracy. Those are their words.

    Yes, the barrage is horrific.

But, the banner they are fighting under is not for Islam.

You can say anything you want...but this is not about Islam.

Yes, the killing is crazy. Yes, people are dying.

But why are they still fighting for democracy?

He was activist and reported to the killings to the news channels so they killed him.

Shameful dogs wanted him to say There is no God but Bashar.

Maybe because they prefer to live in democracy more than under the rule of tyrant? Do they want to live under islamic rules after, when battlefield has slowed down, is matter what we can´t know now - as well we can´t decide what they have to do then.

Brother02, you are watching present and finding the going tough. Now turn the pages of history and you will find that its often been such. Our present is a triumph of good in past. The victory margin seems to be getting thinner.

And, fight happens. It simply needs no reason. And then when realization that fight is probably not useful sinks in, then the fight is used less, because its useless.

Often we feel paralyzed when our point seems to be hitting the wall. So, a helpless situation to be in, and its time to call it quit? No. Its an opportunity to understand what it takes to overcome the situation. Its an opportunity to raise up to the challenge. Its time to put on that thinking hat, bow the head and bring the change, by hard work.

This thread for example..... applies to me also.

    Assalaam walaikum,

We are headed in the right direction, Alhumdullila.

Noone here is contesting that Muslims must come to aid each other. It is necessary to understand the Quran and Hadith to help us decipher the situation.
As Believers, we know that the answers come from Allah subhana wa taala.

Thus, intellectually, it makes no sense for a group of people who are oppressed and have knowledge of the power of Islam, over centuries, to wish for anything other than the rule of Islam. People will continue to live under tyranny; it comes as democracy as well.

And intellectually, although one group is Sunni and the other group, Shia. The battle is not about Islam. It is about nationalism and democracy.

I go back to the question that I have asked. As a Believer do I have to align myself with a group that prefers nationalism over Islam?

I would ask by myself: "should I as believer help a person whose needs my help but I think he prefers nationalism in this situation he is right now or not?"

As believer I answer yes I should help him because he is human being.

What some others anwer is naturally they choice.

    Assalaam walaikum,

But as Believers we are obligated by our own words not to be nationalistic. Because nationalism is putting mans word before Allah's. And although it may seem like a technicality..this is deep. In our history, the spread of Islam was not a nationalistic movement.

I help someone out of my Love and Fear of Allah.

However, if a person has declared that they wish to listen to other than Allah is my help an obligation? This reminds me of why it is stated that the Christians have gone astray. They want to help everyone. Yet, they do not understand that we can not listen to our laws i.e. democracy.

Thus, although our nature may incline towards compassion, we have to weigh it against the Truth.

For example is this really true:

In interviews with Israeli news outlets over the past few months, the Syrian armed rebels have clearly expressed their vision for the future of Syria and their interest in establishing ties with the Tel Aviv regime, which has occupied and annexed Syria’s Golan Heights since 1967. http://blog.alexanderhiggins.com/20...rabiya-al-jazeera-distort-syria-facts-117491/

    as I wrote before:

We can speculate endlessly in here do Syrians want to live under islamic rules or not. What kind of real proves we have right now do they want or not? Some news and some videos. We can´t see by them to hearts of Syrians all. I think those activists whose risk they lives as going inside of Syria these times have a lot of more information about this matter. We better listem them.

If they say in Syria they are muslims then they are and only Allah can know what are they main purposes in future.

To this I have to trust.

No, we do not need to align ourselves with the group who are going against the Devine Law, however we should at least strive and help those who are in need and are stuck between and who have got nothing to do with the fight is what i feel would be preferable.

    Assalaam walaikum,

It is not what we prefer..it is a matter of what Allah has ordained. I have nothing to do with it.
