No God but Allah
Assalamo alikom,:)

We all read the Holy Qur'an and while reading we get so touched by some specific verses that make our hearts tremble and cause us to weep.

I'm really interested to know which verses of the wonderful Qur'an that cause you that deep feeling and touch you the most.

I'll post mine later inshaa Allah

Sister what you have asked for is really tough. Finding just few verses when you love it all and there are many many verses that touch you deep within ....but I will try,

Those who do wish for the (things of) the Hereafter, and strive therefor with all due striving, and have Faith― they are the ones whose striving is acceptable (to Allah). (19) Of the bounties of thy Lord We bestow freely on all these as well as those: the bounties of thy Lord are not closed (to anyone). (20) See how We have bestowed more on some than on others; but verily the Hereafter is more in rank and gradation and more in excellence. (21)
Al-Isra

And their Lord hath accepted of them, and answered them: "Never will I suffer to be lost the work of any of you, be he male or female: ye are members one of another; those who have left their homes, and were driven out therefrom, and suffered harm in My cause, and fought and were slain,― verily I will blot out from them their iniquities, and admit them into Gardens with rivers flowing beneath;― a reward from the presence of Allah and from His presence is the best of rewards." (195) Let not the strutting about of the Unbelievers through the land deceive thee: (196) Little is it for enjoyment; their ultimate abode is Hell: what an evil bed (to lie on)! (197)
Aal-e-Imraan

If I will be allowed to quote more I will, inshaAllah.

The believers are nothing else than brothers (in Islamic religion). So make reconciliation between your brothers, and fear Allah, that you may receive mercy. ( Al-Hujraat, Chapter #49, Verse #10)

On the Day when the hypocrites men and women will say to the believers: "Wait for us! Let us get something from your light!" It will be said: "Go back to your rear! Then seek a light!" So a wall will be put up between them, with a gate therein. Inside it will be mercy, and outside it will be torment."
( Al-Hadid, Chapter #57, Verse #13)

March forth, whether you are light (being healthy, young and wealthy) or heavy (being ill, old and poor), strive hard with your wealth and your lives in the Cause of Allah. This is better for you, if you but knew.
( At-Taubah, Chapter #9, Verse #41)

Alright I think that the verses that have do do with the Mujahids and Shaheeds touch my heart. But the way it's recited makes it REALLY touch my heart.

Surah Tuabah:

1. Freedom from (all) obligations (is declared) from Allâh and His Messenger () to those of the Mushrikûn (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh), with whom you made a treaty.

2. So travel freely for four months (as you will) throughout the land, but know that you cannot escape (from the Punishment of) Allâh, and Allâh will disgrace the disbelievers.

They are many verses, but now I will mention the story of Yusuf :

18] They stained his shirt with false blood. He said: "Nay, but your minds have made up a tale (that may pass) with you. (For me) patience is most fitting: against that which ye assert, it is Allah (alone) whose help can be sought"...

................
[64] He said: "shall I trust you with him with any result other than when I trusted you with his brother aforetime? But Allah is the best to take care (of him), and He is the Most Merciful of those who show mercy!"
................

[77] They said: "If he steals, there was a brother of his who did steal before (him)." But these things did Yusuf keep locked in his heart, revealing not the secrets to them. He (simply) said (to himself): "Ye are the worse situated; and Allah knoweth best the truth of what ye assert"
.......
[85] They said: "By Allah! (never) wilt thou cease to remember Yusuf until thou reach the last extremity of illness, or until thou die!"

[86] He said: "I only complain of my distraction and anguish to Allah, and I know from Allah that which ye know not
.........................................
[94] When the Caravan left (Egypt), their father said: "I do indeed scent the presence of Yusuf: nay, think me not a dotard."

[95] They said: "By Allah! truly thou art in thine old wandering mind."

[96] Then when the bearer of the good news came, he cast (the shirt) over his face, and he forthwith regained clear sight. He said: "Did I not say to you, 'I know from Allah that which ye know not?'"

This story never goes without bringing tears to me.........

And the begining of sura Edh-Dharijat

[1] By the (Winds) that scatter broadcast;

[2] And those that lift and bear away heavy weights;

[3] And those that flow with ease and gentleness;

[4] And those that distribute and apportion by Command;

[5] Verily that which ye are promised is true;

[6] And verily Judgment and Justice must indeed come to pass.

[7] By the Sky with (its) numerous Paths,

[8] Truly ye are in a doctrine discordant,

[9] Through which are deluded (away from the Truth) such as would be deluded.

[10] Woe to the falsehood-mongers,

[11] Those who (flounder) heedless in a flood of confusion:

[12] They ask, "When will be the Day of Judgment and Justice?"

[13] (It will be) a Day when they will be tried (and tested) over the Fire!

[14] "Taste ye your trial! this is what ye used to ask to be hastened!"

[15] As to the Righteous, they will be in the midst of Gardens and Springs,

These two surahs are my favorites somehow.
