[salams every1 alhamdulliah im 14 years old and i do running i run on he track on weekends and i always wear loose clothes while doin it n still wear my hijaab and alhamdulliah i love it and i iv won a few trophies so fa =D alhamdulliah

:salam2:akhi you can not compare therm like that football has changed it has become more performant and difficult,it is as if you compared Rodger Federar to Ivan lendel or Bjorn Borg ,carl lewis to maurice green ,or Muhammad ali to Mike Tyson or michael jordan to kareem abdul jabbar you can t do that akhi sport evolves over time.
Sorry for the music but they all do have music. i mean even the news or the documentaries nowadays have music it is more about where our intention lies ,if one doesn t wanna listen ,he just has to turn the volume down dear brother.
