:salam2:Short Economical perspective,
Libya, a socialist country led by Muammar Gaddafi famous as a storehouse of oil. Abundant natural resources make this North African country became the world’s largest oil exporter to-12.

Third largest oil producer in Africa, after Nigeria and Angola, it has Sirte basin, which is the biggest backer Libyan oil production. The basin contains 44 billion barrels or about 80 percent of the country’s oil reserves. Basin is the largest reserve in Africa.

Libyan oil is famous for Light Sweet type with low sulfur content. Crude oil is ideal processed into gasoline and diesel. Although no official data, it is estimated nearly 95 percent of oil and natural gas production exported Libya.

The World Bank noted, more than half of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) derived from the Libyan oil and gas industry. In 2009, Libya’s GDP of U.S. $ 62.36 billion. Hear that only 6.4 million inhabitants, the country’s income per capita of U.S. $ 12,020. Very high when compared with Indonesia, which in 2010 alone, the new U.S. $ 3,000.

Regarding poverty, the World Bank did not have the data. They report only the free population illiterate in Libya by 88 percent in 2008.

Before the riots started, the country’s economy is booming. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) said Libya’s economy last year grew 10.6 percent and is projected to grow 6.2 percent this year.

However, one of the reasons for the protests of the people who want Muammar Gaddafi’s retreat is that oil wealth does not trickle up to the general population. According to some estimates, as quoted by the BBC, about a third of Libya’s population live in poverty.

Libya’s population is common to have two jobs to increase their income. Although the cost of health and community services there for free, it still has not helped their living standards.

:salam2:pro Quaddafi supporters throw stones at the U.N secretary general's convoy in Cairo around Tahrir Square.About 200 hundred protesting against the western intervention in Libya, reports Al Jazeera.

If they carry on like this they gonna rally a greater support for Quaddafi in the Arab world, this is not serving the cause of those fighting him,and it won't even in the long term,if they side with the Kuffar.

On the other hand I posted a video yesterday of sheikh that shows how all this is but a masquerade for a big Israeli project. A prediction from back in 2003 already,It explained everything with an incredible accuracy. It disappeared, somebody canceled it,I wonder why?,it doesn't talk about Aqueeda nor is it made by A Shia ..etc. He has lectures about the monetary system and the downfall of the Dollar predicted years before as an instrument of the design, about Riba, about so many interesting subject but nooo people prefer smiley and keep your hands on the chest fatwas and god knows what else to keep others under control,as if they knew what is and what is not good for them to know and not know,as a result of Godly wahy of some kind. Why not let everybody listen to the Sheikh and try to prove him wrong If we do not agree with his analysis?.I tell you why !because he can not be proven wrong, the evidence is clear.Anyways, people will see when it happens what more do you want me to say...

Feeling low
Erdogan :
What's happening in Libya is an attempt to take control of the oil assets
Our relationship with Libya is not based on oil but unity of our Libyan brothers
Turkey will "never point guns" at Libyans

:salam2:Germany as well,it's foreign minister Westerwelle (Apart from not liking Quaddafi)said that he does not want to get his country involved into such a mess,God knows how it is going to end and that he was very suspicious of a potential full range ground war and all the consequences it will have on the broader region.Russian president Medvedev is also in the same line,Putin even called it a medieval crusade.

I did see it yesterday and found it extremely important. Very suspicious why someone would delete it. But it's on youtube for anyone who wants to watch so that's good. JazakAllah for sharing anyway, I benefited from it.

:salam2::(Barakallahu feeki ukhti, May Allah swt grant the people of Egypt all the mercy and success they deserve and may he unite us under his banner one day again. What is important to keep in mind in these troubled times is that we pray and hold on to the rope of Allah swt and his prophet S.A.W as he is the only one who never lied to us.Please do send it further to all those you know ,share it if you think it is worth to do so,and do send all the respect to those who stand against tyranny as well, their aspirations are legitimate but they need to know this as well.Inshallah

Assalaam walaikum,

I feel as if I am reading a novel by Kafka.

Israel is bombing the ... of Gaza. Innocents are being bombarded by the French and USA. An America F16 crashed. Some 40 odd Pakistani's were killed. The people of the Ivory Coast are being driven out of their homes. Syrians are being killed by head wounds. The poor Japanese are being radiated by black and white smoke.

A homeless man came to me yesterday. He asked for two dollars. I look like a freaking nun and everyone comes to me. He didn't ask the man in the BMW.

The fashion industry has turned to India as the new Milan.

A sister called me..they are turning her water and electricity off. She has stage four cancer.

If it were up to me I would declare a day where everyone stops and prays.

Brother Jameel posted a great read yesterday. It is gone. I am not debating the pulling of the post.

What I got out of the read is this simple: We have to go back and read the Quran. The answers lie in the Quran. It is that simple. We have to practice our faith to the nth degree.

In a sense we are acting out of ignorance. We have the tool and we do not implement it.

Our supplications have to be very direct and clear.

Forgive me.
