I don't normally use weather forecast service, but I do use it for planning long journey etc. Sometimes only. Actually I thought there was nothing wrong with it. But, sister, is it really haraam? :S I don't know if there is any fatwah on it declaring it to be haraam, completely or allowed with some conditions.
