The fact that none of us know our own fate, if we will end up in Paradise or Hell fire, doesn't actually have any implication on our belief that those who die on kufr i.e. without accepting Islaam, will end up being punihsed in hell fire.

True, but no one in this video has reached the end of their life, so it is premature to assert such a thing about anyone in this documentary, let alone anyone who is still alive in the world. I believe it is better not to level such judgments, but to let that remain fully in Allah's realm.
It is good to keep in mind the hadith:
The Messenger of Allah, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam, the most truthful, the most trusted, told us: "Verily the creation of any one of you takes place when he is assembled in his mother's womb; for forty days he is as a drop of fluid, then it becomes a clot for a similar period. Thereafter, it is a lump looking like it has been chewed for a similar period. Then an angel is sent to him, who breathes the ruh (spirit) into him. This Angel is commanded to write Four decrees: that he writes down his provision (rizq), his life span, his deeds, and whether he will be among the wretched or the blessed.
I swear by Allah - there is no God but He - one of you may perform the deeds of the people of Paradise till there is naught but an arm's length between him and it, when that which has been written will outstrip him so that he performs the deeds of the people of the Hell Fire; one of you may perform the deeds of the people of the Hell Fire, till there is naught but an arm's length between him and it, when that which has been written will overtake him so that he performs the deeds of the people of Paradise and enters therein." Narrated: Abdullah bin Masud [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
It is a real put off, especially to someone who has never had the good fortune to be introduced to anything about Islam, to be immediately labelled as a kafir and told you are destined to go to hell. It is a very insulting way to approach someone right off the bat, especially if you don't really know anything about them and have never been engaged in any conversation. We should concentrate more on interacting in a respectful manner, engaged in dawah and calling others to the beauties of Islam. People in the West are really in need of this. There is not only a very limited understanding of what Islam really is, but also a lack of realization regarding the harm and evils inherent in the way the Western society has evolved.
I have not watched the whole video, only a portion of the first part, so I can't comment on the entire story. But perhaps if the maker of the documentary had been addressed in a kind and considerate manner, in the way of our prophet, she would have become inspired about Islam. Perhaps in spite of some of these negative examples she encountered she will still be inspired to learn more about the true Islam. You never know whose heart will be turned towards Islam, who Allah intends to guide. This site is an excellent testament to that fact, as we witness people from all walks of life, even those who were prior enemies to Islam and complete disbelievers in God, turning to Islam on a regular basis.
