mashaallah people here speak many languages, i love languages and i wish to study spanish , italian and japanese but i dont know if my life time wil be enough :)

i wanted to ask, aren't kashmiri and pishtu parts or dialects of urdu, or r they seperate languages
plus how can a person learn these lang if not a resident in pakistan indian region.
