I speak one : english but my arabic is improving but i STILL HAVE a long ways to go. and i really want to learn spanish as well. I want to learn a fourth language, but I am undecided on the fourth one.

As a linguistics student I'll be the first to say that there is no set level of compotence that must be considered when one says they can 'speak a language'.
Some say you must have mother-tongue fluency, others say enough to hold a conversation, others say even less.

My best languages are English Italian and Spanish, next comes Arabic, then maybe French, Hebrew and Yugoslav languages (Bosnian etc.) then Latin, then maybe Hindi/Urdu, Chinese (Mandarin). After that just bits and pieces here and there of other languages.

mASHALLAH, I can speak (read wite) italian, french, german, english and I'm studying arabic now (I can understand, write my name, read Coran al Karim, but very very slowly like a child...)

Does Latin count? dead language but its still cool.

English, Urdu, Punjaabi, I can understand Kashmiri, but noway speak it :D, Russian (basic), forgot almost everything of Japanese and French though.
